After a weekend adventure of joining one of Scotts workshops, we learned that wild food grows all around us, especially in spring, fresh edible greens, roots and shoots can be found in urban areas, near parking lots, behind gymnasiums and open fields. Dana is a long time friend, a trailblazer of the Slow Food Movement in the Okanagan as well as an epic Chef and Baker.
