Exodus 20.2 "Hear O Israel..."

We breakdown the ten commandments from the perspective of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. We see the hierarchy of the commandments and explore in depth the first Commandment from Exodus, Deuteronomy, and as we have rendered it in traditional Catechetical Formula. The Ten Commandments are the codified natural moral law and were not abrogated by Christ as we read in Scripture, for not one iota or tittle of the law will pass away, for the Word shall not pass away.
