July 22 | Who You Are When Nobody's Telling You What to Do | Carpooling with Jesus Devotional for Kids

Hey Carpool Crew,   Summer does something funny. When nobody's handing kids a list, it's easy for them to forget who they are and just float through the day. Today on Carpooling with Jesus, Pastor Justin opens Ephesians 2:10, where we are God's workmanship, made on purpose for good works God planned ahead of time. A kid's worth doesn't switch on when a grown-up hands them an assignment. It was baked in all along. The empty day isn't a test of whether they matter. It's a blank page where the real them gets to show up.   This Wednesday episode hands kids three things to try this week: do one good thing on an empty day without being told, whisper a quick prayer of thanks for being made on purpose, and ask the heart question, do I only feel like somebody when someone's telling me what to do?
