I share a realization that got me thinking about how often we over-explain when we're still trying to prove something, convince someone, or find certainty ourselves. But as we get closer to our authentic selves, our words start carrying more weight. We trust what we know, and suddenly, less explanation is needed. This episode is about learning to recognize that first knowing, trusting the messages that come through, and understanding that sometimes the most powerful truths are the ones that require the fewest words. Second Wednesday of every month • 11am PST In this episode, I'm sharing an unexpected lesson that came from a girls' day activity: color analysis. Through the experience, I realized how much energy we spend trying to compensate for who we think we should be instead of embracing who we already are. This episode is about what happens when we let ourselves be seen. Because sometimes the things we're most self-conscious about aren't what other people notice at all. And often, the more authentic and unfiltered we allow ourselves to be, the deeper our connections become — in our relationships, our work, and the way we show up in the world. In this episode, I'm talking about something I've been noticing in myself lately: how easy it is to have opinions about what other people should do, especially when we're looking at their lives through our own lens. A recent realization got me thinking about the difference between seeing a situation from my perspective versus trying to understand what someone else is actually seeing. I explore the idea of insight as the ability to understand the true nature of a situation, and a simple question that's been helping me shift my perspective: "What do your eyes see?" Instead of assuming my viewpoint is the right one, this question invites me to step into someone else's experience and understand the world through their lens. This episode is about compassion, curiosity, and recognizing that we're all navigating life from different perspectives. Sometimes the greatest insight isn't convincing someone to see things our way — it's being willing to understand why they see things the way they do. In this episode, I'm sharing a realization that came from a book about chakras, which turned into a much bigger conversation about individuality and belonging. After taking a questionnaire from the book, I started having family members and neighbors take it too, and something stood out: almost everyone strongly related to feeling like the "odd one out" at some point in their life. That realization got me thinking about how often we're taught to hide the very things that make us different instead of seeing them as strengths. I talk about how our quirks, interests, perspectives, and unique ways of moving through the world are usually the exact things that make us who we are, not flaws to fix or hide. This episode is an invitation to start looking at your differences in a different way. To stop treating them like something to shrink or apologize for, and instead recognize them as part of your magic. Because the things that make you feel different might actually be the most important parts of you. In this episode, I'm talking about receiving. I share the perspective shift that came through for me: receiving is also giving. Because for someone to experience the joy of giving, there has to be someone willing to receive it. This episode is about our relationship with support and kindness, and about allowing ourselves to accept what's being offered without guilt, discomfort, or the feeling that we immediately have to give something in return. Because sometimes receiving fully is part of the exchange, too. Similar episodes to this topic: 225: Want More Abundance? Start with How You Receive! Join The Weekly Nudge Email Newsletter! In this episode, I'm talking about the part nobody really likes — the in-between. That space where you've done everything you know how to do, you've created the thing, put in the work, you know you're ready… and now there's nothing left to do but trust. I talk about how easy it is to trust when the wait is short, but how the real work begins when the timing stretches longer than we expected. That's usually when we start getting jumpy, overthinking, changing directions, tweaking things that didn't need fixing, or forcing movement because silence feels uncomfortable. This episode is about learning to stay in the pocket — trusting your skills, your timing, and knowing that you're not the only one in the room. Life is a co-creative process, and sometimes the pause isn't rejection or failure… it's simply timing. The question becomes: are you confident enough to trust what you've created and stay in the pause long enough for it to land? In this episode, I talk about how easy it is to think our guides, intuition, or higher self have gone quiet, when really we just have too much internal noise to hear them. The overthinking, mental chatter, to-do lists, and constant analyzing can drown out those subtle nudges trying to come through. And honestly, when meditation or journaling feels like crickets, it's usually a me problem, not a them problem. The guidance is there — we just can't hear it through all the noise. Because intuition doesn't usually scream… It's quick, quiet, and subtle. This episode is about learning how to lower the noise enough to hear yourself again, and recognizing that your guidance has probably been there the whole time. In this episode, I'm talking about what it means to live in the "in-between." That space where you're deeply connected to your spiritual side yet fully in your human experience. I share how easy it can be to want to escape into the spiritual world because it feels peaceful, safe, and expansive… but how that can sometimes pull us away from actually living our lives. I reflect on my own tendency to go inward, to isolate, and how I've been learning that growth isn't about choosing one or the other — it's about learning how to hold both. This episode is about understanding that we're not here to avoid the hard parts or only chase the highs. We're here to experience all of it. The challenges, the discomfort, the unknown, they're all equally important to our path. A lot of the things you're moving through might actually be shaping something you're here to create. It's an invitation to get curious about your own patterns and experiences, and to encourage a collaborative approach to life rather than viewing experiences as obstacles.
