In this episode, I’m talking about a type of burnout that so many high-achieving women experience but rarely recognize the quiet burnout that comes from outgrowing the identity your business is still operating from. I share why burnout isn’t always caused by overworking or doing too much, but often by continuing to create, market, and lead from a version of yourself that no longer exists. In this episode, I sit down with one of my oldest and dearest friends, Sheeva Stephens, functional medicine and brain health specialist, for a deeply personal and empowering conversation about what it really takes to heal your body from the inside out.
