What does it actually feel like when you finally get to the other side of deconditioning? We talk a lot about the messy middle. The dark nights, the uncertainty, the uncomfortable realizations, and the moments when you're questioning whether all this inner work is actually leading somewhere. But what happens when something finally clicks? In this episode, Danielle shares a deeply personal reflection on what it feels like to move through a major season of deconditioning and experience the moment when everything begins to come together. After nearly a year of unexpected challenges, personal initiations, and learning to surrender control while building a new life on 20 acres, Danielle found herself experiencing something she hadn't fully put into words before: the feeling of knowing it's already done, even when the external results haven't completely arrived. Through the PAIED Method™, her Wealth Codes, and a renewed commitment to embodiment, Danielle shares how she moved from constantly trying to figure everything out to experiencing a deeper sense of certainty, expansion, and trust in herself. Because deconditioning isn't about reaching a point where you never face another challenge. It's about becoming someone who can move through those challenges without losing connection to who they truly are. In this episode, you'll learn: What it actually feels like when you reach the other side of a major deconditioning cycle Why deconditioning is an ongoing lifestyle rather than a process you complete once How Danielle used the PAIED Method™ and her Wealth Codes to navigate a year of unexpected challenges Why recognizing where you're outsourcing your emotional regulation is essential for deeper embodiment How personal rituals, intentional pauses, and self-awareness help you anchor into your highest self What it means to experience the feeling of "it's already done" before your external reality catches up There comes a moment in your deconditioning journey when the things that once triggered you no longer hold the same power. You begin to recognize the patterns before they take over. You stop looking outside yourself for reassurance. You become more comfortable trusting your own knowing, even when you can't see exactly how everything will unfold. And sometimes, in the middle of an ordinary day, you feel it. The expansion. The relief. The certainty. That moment when all the pieces begin to make sense and you realize you've already become someone different. Danielle shares why these moments are worth recognizing, documenting, and returning to, especially when life brings another initiation or period of uncertainty. Because the work isn't to force yourself into a permanent state of alignment. It's to recognize what alignment feels like for you and learn how to return to it more often. You don't have to wait until everything in your external world is resolved to experience the peace, certainty, and freedom of knowing it's already done. What if the reason your business isn't growing isn't because you need another offer, strategy, or certification, but because you haven't made the foundational decisions that allow your business to actually work? If you've changed your offer three times this year, rewritten your bio more times than you've posted it, or you're still questioning what to charge, this episode is for you. In this episode, Danielle is breaking down the seven foundational decisions every entrepreneur needs to make to build a business that creates consistent income, supports their natural energy, and allows them to serve the people they're actually here to help. After a 24-year nursing career and building a $1.2 million business in just 18 months, Danielle knows firsthand that success doesn't come from having every detail figured out. It comes from understanding how you're designed to operate, making aligned decisions, and committing to the work long enough to see what's possible. From identifying your purpose and creating your first offer to pricing, positioning, marketing, and evaluating your results, Danielle shares how your Human Design chart can become a practical roadmap for building a business that works for you. Because knowing your design is one thing. Building a business that actually reflects it is another. In this episode, you'll learn: The seven foundational decisions every entrepreneur needs to make to build an aligned, profitable business How your Human Design Type influences the business model that naturally supports your energy Why your Energy Type alone isn't enough and how your other Wealth Codes shape your unique positioning How to create an offer, pricing structure, and marketing strategy you can confidently commit to Why understanding your Human Design chart isn't enough if you're not using it to make aligned decisions How consistent action and weekly evaluations help you build sustainable income and repeatable results You don't need five half-built businesses, another certification, or six more months studying your Human Design chart before you make your next move. You need to decide what you're building. Who you're here to serve. What problem you're solving. What transformation you're offering. How you're going to deliver it. And how you're going to consistently show up and invite people into your work. Your Human Design can give you the framework, but it can't make those decisions for you. Danielle shares why two people with the exact same Energy Type can be designed to build completely different businesses, and why the real transformation happens when you learn to interpret your unique Wealth Codes and apply them to the decisions you're making every day. Because the goal isn't to build a business that looks aligned on paper. It's to build a business you're actually aligned with, one you can confidently commit to, grow, and sustain. What if your reputation had less to do with what other people think about you and everything to do with what you believe about yourself? In this episode, Danielle is diving into what it actually means to build an unshakable reputation, especially as you become more visible, expand your business, and step into greater levels of leadership. Danielle shares her own experience of rebuilding her life and reputation after one of the most challenging seasons she's ever navigated. From financial struggles and toxic relationships to stepping into the online coaching space, she had to confront the fear of being judged for who she had been before becoming the woman she is today. And when an opportunity to appear on a major podcast brought an entirely new level of visibility, those old fears resurfaced in a way she didn't expect. Through the PAIED Method™, Danielle recognized that building a powerful reputation wasn't about controlling how others perceived her, proving her worth, or hiding the parts of her story that weren't perfect. It was about deciding who she wanted to be, establishing her own standards, and trusting herself to live in alignment with them. Because your reputation isn't something you have to constantly defend. It's something you embody. In this episode, you'll learn: Why your reputation begins with how you see yourself, not how others perceive you How past experiences and old identities can influence your willingness to become more visible Why reaching a new level of success can bring old fears and conditioning back to the surface How Danielle navigated the fear of judgment after appearing on a major coaching podcast Why you can't control what others think about you, but you can decide what your reputation means to you How the PAIED Method™ helps you recognize and decondition fears around visibility, judgment, and self-expression Why your past experiences can become evidence of your transformation rather than something you need to hide The difference between protecting your reputation and trying to control other people's perceptions How judgment of others can reveal something within yourself that needs attention Why your core values, personal standards, and integrity are the foundation of an unshakable reputation How your five essential Wealth Codes help you understand who you are and how you're designed to show up Why being a product of your own work creates a level of confidence that doesn't need to be explained How embodying your values naturally attracts the people who resonate with your work You don't have to erase your past to become someone you're proud of. You don't have to convince everyone that you're qualified, worthy, or capable of creating the transformation you know you're here to bring into the world. And you certainly don't have to compromise who you are to protect yourself from what someone else might think. The work is learning to accept every version of yourself that brought you here, decide what you stand for, and show up in alignment with that decision. Danielle shares how this has become the foundation of her next chapter, from the work she does inside Get PAIED and The Catalyst to the community and environment she's creating on her 20 acres of land. Because when you know yourself deeply enough, your reputation stops being something you're afraid of losing. It becomes something you consciously live. An unshakable reputation isn't built by controlling how the world sees you. It's built by becoming so grounded in who you are that your presence speaks for itself. What is playing small actually costing you? Not just in money, but in visibility, opportunities, confidence, connection, and the version of yourself you haven't fully allowed the world to see yet? In this episode, Danielle sits down with Get PAIED client Camryn Clair, a photographer, creative director, and brand strategist whose work centers around one powerful idea: giving women permission to be seen. Camryn photographs more than 100 women a year through portrait, boudoir, equine, and branding work, helping them step in front of the camera as one version of themselves and leave more connected to the woman they've been becoming. But Camryn's own journey required her to recognize where she had been doing the exact opposite: hiding, underselling, over-serving, and questioning whether she could fully own the value of her work. Danielle and Camryn unpack the invisible tax of playing small and the moment Camryn was faced with a decision that challenged her existing standard. After questioning whether she could send a $22,000 proposal, she leaned into the work she had been doing inside Get PAIED, gave herself permission to ask for more, activated courage, and ultimately sent the proposal for double what she had originally planned. That decision became part of a $58,000 week and an entirely new standard for what Camryn knew she could receive. In this episode, you'll learn: What Camryn means by the "invisible tax" of staying hidden and playing small How Camryn went from hiding behind her work to recognizing that being seen was part of her own medicine Why investing in yourself is different from investing in something you hope will "fix" you How Camryn's 3/5 profile gave her permission to experiment, take risks, and fail forward The pricing decision that challenged Camryn to stop underselling and raise her standard How over-serving and undercharging can quietly reveal where you're still questioning your own value Why courage doesn't necessarily feel comfortable when you're actually practicing it The Get PAIED work Camryn returned to when she needed the courage to make a bigger ask How giving herself permission and taking aligned action contributed to a $58,000 week Why receiving can be just as uncomfortable as asking for more How childhood conditioning around money can continue influencing what you're willing to ask for as an adult Why you don't necessarily need the people who conditioned you to validate the version of you you're becoming How visibility can become an act of self-trust instead of performance Why Camryn believes women are paying an enormous price when they stay hidden What becomes possible when you stop treating other women as competition and start creating deeper connection and community Camryn's story isn't simply about having a $58,000 week. It's about the woman who had to be willing to send the proposal first. The woman who had to recognize where she'd been over-serving and undercharging. Who had to stop projecting what someone else might think about her price. Who had to give herself permission to take her work seriously enough to ask for what it was actually worth. And then she had to let herself receive it. That's the work Camryn has been doing inside Get PAIED, using the PAIED Method™ and her Wealth Codes to recognize the conditioning that kept her small and make different decisions when those patterns appeared in real time. Because there is a cost to staying hidden. There's a cost to waiting until you feel completely ready. There's a cost to shrinking the ask, hiding behind your work, and continuing to operate at a standard you've already outgrown. As Camryn says, take a chance on yourself. Get a little uncomfortable and see what happens. What if the biggest lever for changing your income isn't another strategy, offer, or marketing plan, but the way you make decisions? In the fifth and final episode of Danielle's PAIED Method™ series, she's breaking down the "D": Decisions and why decision-making isn't a soft skill. It's the skill. Human Design centers Strategy and Authority for a reason. You already have an innate process for making decisions, but most of us were never taught how to trust it. Instead, we wait for more information, look for reassurance, ask what everyone else thinks, or keep one foot in every possible outcome because we're afraid of choosing wrong. Danielle shares what it means to become a sovereign CEO decision-maker and why your current reality can reveal where you're fully decided and where you're still wobbling. Because a decision isn't made once the evidence appears. A decision comes first. Then your actions, identity, nervous system, and external reality have the opportunity to organize around it. From leadership and sales to money and your biggest vision, this episode is about ending the inner negotiation and learning how to trust yourself enough to choose. In this episode, you'll learn: Why decision-making is a direct lever on your income and one of the most important skills you can develop as a CEO Why Strategy and Authority are at the center of Human Design and how they help you build self-trust What a decision actually is and why you have to decide before you see the external result How past decisions can reveal exactly how you created your current circumstances Why waiting for more certainty, information, or reassurance can become a way of outsourcing your authority The real cost of wobbling, rescinding a decision, or keeping yourself half in and half out Why half-made decisions create half-results How a fully made decision creates coherence, narrows your focus, and makes your next actions clearer Why indecision is a power leak and how open decisions drain your energy What CEO-level decision-making requires as you navigate greater risk, uncertainty, visibility, and income The four components Danielle uses for sovereign CEO decision-making Why you need to overcome your own objections before you can confidently navigate objections in sales How to choose direction based on your vision before external evidence arrives Why acting from your Authority is different from making decisions by consensus How allowing yourself to course-correct builds greater discernment and self-trust Why your own certainty and decision-making process directly influence how safe others feel making decisions around you How reducing everyday decision fatigue preserves your energy for the decisions that actually move your life and business forward Why auditing your open decisions can reveal exactly where you're handing your power and free will outside yourself Danielle has seen the power of decisions at every stage of her business, from building her first six figures to creating her $500K Google Doc moment and reaching $1.2 million in 18 months. The common thread wasn't having certainty about exactly how everything would unfold. It was learning to make decisions she could trust herself to stand behind. And that's what sovereign CEO decision-making asks of you. Not that you're always right. Not that every outcome happens exactly as expected. And not that fear disappears before you move. It asks you to trust your ability to respond. To choose your direction. To know your reasons. To take the action. To evaluate what comes back. And to allow yourself to correct without turning the result into evidence that you can't trust yourself. That level of self-trust changes the way you lead and the way you sell. You're no longer trying to convince someone to agree with you. You're creating a space where another person can access their own clarity and make a decision for themselves. As Danielle says, the more you trust your Authority in your own life, the safer other people feel trusting themselves around you. What if underselling isn't actually a pricing problem? What if the way you sell, receive, and sustain wealth is connected to what you still haven't forgiven? In part four of Danielle's five-part PAIED Method™ series, she's diving into the "E": Embracing Forgiveness and why forgiveness isn't simply emotional cleanup. It's a structural part of expanding your capacity to receive and sustain more. Danielle shares how unforgiven mistakes, shame, resentment, projections, and old perceptions can quietly follow you into your offers, pricing, sales, and next level of growth. When you haven't forgiven the version of yourself who made the past decision, lost the money, trusted the wrong person, wanted more, or didn't know what you know now, you can continue making today's decisions through yesterday's wound. Forgiveness gives you another option. Instead of staying in shame or self-prosecution, you can look at what happened, understand the decision that created the circumstance, hold compassion for who you were, and use what you learned to make a different decision moving forward. In this episode, you'll learn: Why forgiveness can become a roadmap to your next money miracle How forgiveness expands your ability to receive and sustain higher levels of income Why forgiving yourself doesn't mean excusing what happened or letting someone else off the hook How past decisions can continue influencing your offers, pricing, visibility, and sales Why underselling and undercharging can be rooted in projection rather than a sales problem How compassion helps you move out of shame and back into your personal power The difference between learning from a money mistake and continuing to punish yourself for it Why every new level of growth can reveal another layer of forgiveness The three perceptions Danielle sees keeping women from fully receiving: shame around desire, self-distrust from the past, and outcome-based identity How forgiving shame around desire allows you to ask for what you actually want Why forgiving past mistakes is essential for rebuilding self-trust How tying your identity to revenue, visibility, or external results creates instability Why forgiveness must be embodied rather than simply understood intellectually How your Wealth Codes can reveal where you've compromised, gone small, or carried conditioning that may not even belong to you You can't sell with conviction while simultaneously apologizing for what you desire. You can't fully trust your next decision while continuing to prosecute yourself for the last one. And you can't build a stable identity around circumstances that are always going to change. Forgiveness gives you the opportunity to look at the past without allowing it to dictate what happens next. You can see the decision, recognize what it taught you, hold compassion for the version of yourself who made it, and move forward with greater discernment. That's where compassionate sales begin. Not by making yourself smaller, lowering the price, over-delivering, or trying to anticipate everyone else's judgment, but by becoming grounded enough in your own value to make the ask without compromising yourself. Forgiveness restores self-trust. Self-trust strengthens discernment. And discernment gives you the capacity to receive and sustain more without abandoning yourself along the way. What if the reason you're struggling to receive more isn't because you need another strategy, but because a part of you still doesn't feel safe holding what you say you want? In part three of Danielle's five-part PAIED Method™ series, she's diving into the "I": inner child integration, reparenting, and learning how to become the version of yourself who can actually hold your next level without abandoning or compromising yourself along the way. Danielle shares her own resistance to inner child work, why she eventually became curious enough to explore it, and how that work helped her recognize patterns she had carried from childhood into adulthood, relationships, motherhood, business, and wealth. This isn't about endlessly trying to heal or fix yourself. It's about slowing down enough to recognize the parts of you that still need to be seen, developing compassion for those versions of yourself, and learning to become someone you can deeply trust. Because when your inner world feels safe enough to receive, your capacity for money, relationships, opportunities, synchronicity, and your own potential expands with it. In this episode, you'll learn: Why inner child integration is a core pillar of the PAIED Method™ How to approach inner child work even if the concept doesn't resonate with you Why inner work is less about "fixing" yourself and more about presence, curiosity, and recognition How old versions of yourself can continue influencing your decisions, relationships, business, and ability to receive Why Danielle looks inward when sales slow down or something feels blocked externally How internal validation and recognition create a stronger foundation for receiving Why the PAIED Method doesn't have to be completed in a specific order How Danielle recognized that her 20-year-old self was still influencing the way she approached work, responsibility, and her next evolution What a gas leak on Danielle's property revealed about the way she was still operating in her life Why being seen can be an important part of healing old patterns How compassion helps you release identities and stories you no longer need to carry Why reparenting is ultimately about becoming someone you know will have your own back How deeper self-trust creates better decisions, stronger boundaries, and more aligned relationships and clients Why receiving more begins with feeling safe enough to hold more You don't have to keep dragging every past version of yourself into your next chapter. Sometimes the part of you that seems to be holding you back isn't asking to be fixed. She wants to be seen. She wants you to recognize what she carried, what she protected you from, and what she needed before you ask her to release the role she's been playing. That's where receiving starts to change. Because the deeper you learn to stay with yourself, listen to yourself, and trust that you'll have your own back, the less you need to compromise yourself to create the life, wealth, relationships, and work you desire. Receiving isn't about becoming worthy of more. It's about becoming safe enough within yourself to let more in. Aligned action does not mean waiting until something feels easy, effortless, or completely free of fear. And it definitely doesn't mean sitting around waiting for the perfect invitation, response, sign, or revelation before you move. In part two of Danielle's five-part series on the core pillars of the PAIED Method, she's breaking down one of the biggest misconceptions she sees around Human Design and deconditioning: what it actually means to take aligned action. Danielle introduces the two extremes many heart-centered entrepreneurs find themselves operating from: The Forcer, who moves from urgency, pressure, and the belief that nothing will happen unless she makes it happen, and The Floater, who avoids discomfort and calls inaction "alignment." Neither is true aligned action. Aligned action requires you to actively participate in your life while remaining detached from the outcome. It's learning to trust that every action and every result gives you energetic feedback about yourself, your patterns, and what you're being asked to do next. In this episode, you'll learn: Why aligned action doesn't always feel easy, effortless, or comfortable How Human Design can accidentally become an excuse to wait instead of participate in your life The difference between The Forcer and The Floater and why both operate from shadow patterns Why fear or resistance doesn't automatically mean an action is misaligned How aligned action balances active participation with detachment from the outcome Why your results become an energetic feedback loop for what to do next How forcing creates burnout, self-betrayal, and more pressure to keep up Why waiting for signs, clarity, or the "right feeling" can become another form of avoidance How uncertainty in your actions can create more uncertainty in your reality Why deconditioning your Strategy and Authority helps you develop discernment around action How one client's shift in aligned action contributed to a 900% increase in business profit and a $180K profit from the sale of her home Why compassion allows you to move through your creation process faster without shaming yourself How aligned action builds confidence, pattern recognition, and trust in your own creation process Why understanding your personal creation process can create greater predictability in your business and income Aligned action isn't perfect action. Sometimes the thing you're deeply called to do will require courage. It might require a new skill. It might bring up fear, resistance, or the part of you that wants to complain the entire way through it. That doesn't automatically make it wrong. The work is learning to recognize when you're forcing, when you're floating, and when you're consciously participating in your life from a place of sovereignty. Because every action gives you information. Every result shows you something. And the more you understand your patterns before, during, and after taking action, the more you learn to trust yourself. Aligned action isn't about knowing exactly how everything will turn out. It's about knowing yourself well enough to move anyway.
