The last four pages of Black Sun ask an uncomfortable question: what if the policies meant to overcome racial division are helping to fuel it? In 2002, Nicholas Goodrick-Clarke warned of “a potential authoritarian future in 2020 or 2030.”This is the final session of my Black Sun Book Club, covering Black Sun: Aryan Cults, Esoteric Nazism, and the Politics of Identity. I read Goodrick-Clarke’s conclusion, “The Politics of Identity,” and ask what a Christian response requires. Recognizing a real grievance does not justify racial hatred. Our first loyalty is to Christ. What follows from that has to reach beyond our prayer closets into how we live in the world. We talk about:Goodrick-Clarke’s argument that affirmative action and racial preferences helped foster the racist far rightMass immigration and the abandonment of assimilationHow old underground ideologies reached mainstream audiences through the internetWhy I think an authoritarian future could come from the hard left or the hard rightChoosing Christ over our own people, and refusing to let bitterness and resentment take over our heartsWe read this book together from January through May, and recorded this last session live in May. The whole read-through is public now, every session, free.Watch the complete Black Sun Book ClubPlease buy the book. If you have a son, a brother, or a man in your church who’s drifting toward this stuff, you can hand him that and the entire series to study along. For the next book club, we’re reading Walk the Narrow by Raven’s Anvil. Live sessions are Wednesdays at 3 PM Arizona time (MST), starting November 11, with office hours on Fridays, for paid Substack subscribers.Join the Walk the Narrow Book ClubResources mentioned:The Dangerous Secret Your Young Men Are Keeping, my article for Christ Over AllReading list:Black Sun by Nicholas Goodrick-ClarkeThe Occult Roots of Nazism by Nicholas Goodrick-ClarkeKill All Normies by Angela NagleIt Came from Something Awful by Dale BeranBring the War Home by Kathleen BelewWar for Eternity by Benjamin R. In the nineties, David Ladwig was a white power skinhead. Today he's a husband, father and grandfather, active in prison ministry. And he's hearing the old jokes again, this time in church.David grew up with an abusive, alcoholic father, professed Christ at twelve, joined the Marine Corps, and around 1994 started running with white power guys. He stayed for about six years. He didn't come in through philosophy. He had a lot of anger, and the movement gave it somewhere to go.We talk about:How grievance lands on something already broken ("I started feeling like a victim because I'm white")The meetings that ran like a liturgy, and how the talk would "ramp, ramp, ramp"Street fights, and what he actually wonWhy the keyboard warriors stay home while young men end up with blood on their handsWhy the jokes showing up in churches worry himWhat he'd say to his younger self, and why no man is a lost causeResources mentioned:Reach David Ladwig: timetoturnitoff@gmail.comMy Fight Laugh Feast essay on genocide: [LINK]Join the new Walk the Narrow book club (starts Nov 11): [LINK]Black Sun book club on David Lane: [LINK]Reading list:Walk the Narrow by Raven's Anvil (our next book club)Warrant for Genocide by Norman CohnConnect:Website: https://willspencer.coSubstack: https://willspencer.blogYouTube: https://youtube.com/@willspencerpodX: https://x.com/willspencerInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/willspencer/Apple Podcasts: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/the-will-spencer-podcast/id1533933447Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/0ymQAvmnT446AP7IKE1HbbStuck on something you can't fix on your own? New season. The question that taught me what it means to be a man, why Christian men "hiding their power level" are lying, and my plan for this season, including the guests and our next book club.It starts with a story from a men's initiation weekend I went through in 2013: a man in the middle of a silent room, a broken promise, and one question. "Number 34, what did you choose to do instead?" That question taught me what accountability and integrity are, and what it means to be a man. Then I turn it on something I've watched grow all year: Christian men "hiding their power level." There's another word for it. It's called lying. So here's the plan for this season. I've read more than four thousand pages on the far right this year, and now I'm going straight to the authors who wrote them. I lay out who I'm reaching out to, why many of them are on the left, the three questions you can ask any man you're worried about, and what a real repudiation sounds like. And I'm announcing our next book club: Walk the Narrow, by Raven's Anvil.Let's get to work.Mentioned in this episode:Join the Walk the Narrow book club (live sessions plus weekly office hours for paid subscribers): [LINK]My interview with the former director of the ManKind Project's Chicago branch: [LINK]Timothy Van Den Broek's sermon on John 8:44 (October 4, 2026): [LINK]My podcast intro with Mark Musser: [LINK]Every Man Gets Forged, my talk at New Saint Andrews College: [LINK]My article for Christ Over All: [LINK]Our Black Sun read-through: [LINK]Executive Order 14401 (April 18, 2026): [LINK]Reading list from this episode:Walk the Narrow by Raven's Anvil (our next book club)The Redeemed Man by Joel Beeke et al.Blood and Politics by Leonard Zeskind (new edition, introduction by Jerry Mitchell)Bring the War Home by Kathleen BelewBlack Sun by Nicholas Goodrick-ClarkeIt Came From Something Awful by Dale BeranThe Beast Reawakens by Martin A. Season premiere. My full Disputatio lecture at New Saint Andrews College on the radicalization of young Christian men, antisemitism on the right, and how white nationalist ideas are entering the Reformed church. On Friday, September 18, 2026, I spoke at New Saint Andrews College in Moscow, Idaho. The talk is titled "Every Man Gets Forged: On the Radicalization of Young Christian Men."The talk covers two things. The first is the pipeline pulling young men, many of them professing Christians and conservatives, from an absent father through porn, video games, shame, and the Manosphere, until they blame the Jews for everything wrong in their lives. The second matters more: the old movement waiting at the end of that path, which traded the armband for a suit decades ago and is now tunneling into the Reformed church and conservative politics. It doesn't sound foreign when it arrives. It sounds like us.This episode is the full talk, from the podium. Next week, I'll lay out what this season looks like and who I'll be sitting down with.Let's get to work.Mentioned in this episode:About Disputatio at New Saint Andrews College: [LINK]My article for Christ Over All, with the membership question for pastors: [LINK]New Saint Andrews granted permission to share the talk, but not the Q&A. After three months away, I'm back with an update. Our son Isaiah was born at home on May 4, and I spent the summer being a dad instead of doing interviews. I don't regret a minute of it. In this short episode I catch you up on where I've been, what happened while I was gone, and why new interviews start after Labor Day.Thank you for the messages and the prayers. Hitler Hated Christ has spent the better part of a decade compiling primary historical sources documenting Adolf Hitler's hostility toward Christ and Christianity, and refuting the Holocaust denial and revisionism circulating in dissident-right and online hyper-nationalist Christian spaces. He runs the Substack Hitler Hated Christ, the YouTube channel @NotOurGuy, and engages daily on X under the same name. He works under a pseudonym for reasons that should be obvious after listening. In this conversation we build an affirmative case for the historical reality of the Holocaust. Not to score points. Not to call everyone a Nazi. To assemble the documents, speeches, diaries, and photographs into a picture so clear that the memes don't survive contact with the evidence. We trace Hitler's racial antisemitism from Mein Kampf through Nazi state policy, examine the means, motive, and opportunity behind the Holocaust, and address the most common denialist talking points head-on. We also discuss the spiritual cost of doing this work, why the "Hitler was a Christian Prince" myth has gained traction among self-identified Christian men, and why pastors who launder this material no longer deserve the title. If you care about young men and the future of the church, this material is essential listening.⭐️ VIDEOS MENTIONED IN MONOLOGUE ⭐️Why People Deny the Holocaust and How We Know It Actually Happenedhttps://youtu.be/xDwgd1YUQM8?si=6DtmCf9YlvMdulJqMartinezPolitics and David Colehttps://youtu.be/MgPcx5tNZW8?si=RpH2pABe38krEOQuStone Choir and the Big Lie Lieshttps://youtu.be/SFz5pDQdOp0?si=F5H4NelaqjhOYNDOTOPICS DISCUSSEDWhy "Hitler was a Christian Prince" is a lie that doesn't survive contact with Mein KampfThe pantheistic worship of nature underneath Nazi racial ideologyHow the gassing motif appeared in Nazi rhetoric fifteen years before the campsThe 1933 Law for the Prevention of Offspring with Hereditary DiseasesThe Wannsee Conference and the architecture of the Final SolutionWhy "liquidation" in the Goebbels diaries means exactly what it sounds likeThe "extermination ghetto" as an internal Nazi administrative categoryHow David Irving conceded gassings and mass killing — and what's left of denialism after thatWhy Holocaust denial in Germany is rare among neo-Nazis (they don't deny it; they celebrate it)The spiritual cost of engaging this material, and why the body of Christ is essential to itGUEST LINKSHitler Hated Christ on Substack — https://hitlerhatedchrist.comYouTube — @NotOurGuyX — @not_our_guyThe Will Spencer Podcast was formerly known as "The Renaissance of Men."EXITING THE NEW AGE COURSEI spent twenty years in the New Age. Something has been poisoning the conservative movement for thirty years. It's in the podcasts, the reels, and the content you consume every day. And there is a documented trail from a forged document designed to justify genocide straight to your Spotify subscriptions. Black Sun Session 7.In this episode, Will Spencer covers Chapter 14 of Black Sun — Conspiracy Beliefs and the New World Order — tracing the line from the Protocols of the Elders of Zion through Bill Cooper and David Icke into the conspiracy content millions consume today.
