The Miami Hurricanes Beat the Stanford Cardinal 45-6 - The Recap

The Miami Hurricanes made the 2,500 mile journey from Miami to Palo Alto to face the Stanford Cardinal and they took care of business in the opening game of the 2026 campaign. Darian Mensah to Malachi Toney was a thing that was on display all night (until they got some rest late in the game). Malachi set the single-game receiving record, breaking Eddie Brown's record from 1984. Darian Mensah had 400 yards passing and looked almost perfect in his debut in the Orange and Green. The offense was making big play after big play, but the run game left a bit to be desired. We get into the performance of the offensive line. Will there be changes going into the FAMU game upfront? How did Jackson Cantwell do in his first college game? The defense was a mixed bag.
