if i knew 10 years ago what i know now, I would tell myself take the curriculum.when i was navigating depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation - i wish i would have known that all of that big energy was coming up was really there to show me how to drop the veil, step into my truth, how to heal, and grow into the highest version of myself. everything i learned then, allows me to navigate life's challenges now (not perfectly, but much more refined)what i wish i would have known then is that time was actually my greatest gift. it may not feel like it in the moment (trust me i know) but what I can tell you standing on the other side is this, if you are committed to yourself, committed to peace, committed to healing and happiness - this is your season of learning and building your tool box. instead of looking at it like "why is life happening to me" .....for each big thing coming up ask "how am i being pushed to grow through this", "what is this showing me" , "how is this leveling me up" when you do that over and over again you build an inner resilience no one can ever take away, you become the wise woman because you've sat in the fire and didn't turn away from it by masking, drinking, smoking, ignoring it - you faced it head on and allowed it to refine you. so if you feel like you've hit rock bottom, your in your first crisis moment, you can't see the light, and you're having a dark night of the soul moment - soak it all up, be a sponge, build out your toolbox, and take the curriculum.
