Hey! On this episode i reflect on how self forgiveness is important on one’s journey. When we struggle to forgive ourselves for our past mistakes or even current mistakes that baggage holds us back in so my ways. However when we eventually free ourselves we gain so much including confidence. We shed away the shame, the guilt and the resentment. Walking confidently into rooms and places meant for us.
In this episode, we unpack how stagnancy can come from asking for too little out of life. Fear, self-doubt, and comfort zones often keep us playing small, but growth begins the moment we believe we are worthy of more. Join me as I share why self-belief and confidence are essential in pursuing your dreams, taking bold risks, and stepping into the life you truly desire.
In this episode, I reflect on how adulthood has quietly reshaped my need for connection. I find myself longing for community for spaces where we can be honest, supported, and seen through both the wins and the hard days. Because navigating life alone was never really the plan.
As I navigate my late 20s, I’m learning that independence is powerful, but community is essential. There’s something about being surrounded by the right people that shapes you, grounds you, and reminds you that you’re not doing life alone.
I am back 💕✨
