Today’s meditation is a 30 minute vipassana practice. We’ll use the practice of noting to bring awareness to whatever is arising in our experience. The meditation starts with a few minutes of awareness of breathing, and we then open our awareness to the entirety of our experience. Keeping the breath as the anchor, we sit in observation of whatever is arising and passing. This noting practice is inspired by the Mahasi Sayadaw method. It’s a bit gentler and less structured, but offers a helpful way to anchor in the breath while remaining open to other feelings, sounds, thoughts, etc. Sitting Group: https://OneMindDharma.com/group WhatsApp Group: https://OneMindDharma.com/chat Individual Sessions: https://www.themindfulcounselor.me/consultation Online Courses: https://www.themindfulcounselor.me/courses Podcast Page: https://oneminddharma.com/podcasts/ Subscribe on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/2X6FdH3W7dzr3Hg70Z8vgu Subscribe on Apple: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/guided-meditations-talks/id1050712922 Subscribe on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@oneminddharma 30 Day Meditation Challenge: https://www.themindfulcounselor.me/meditation-challenge The post 30 Minute Vipassana Meditation appeared first on One Mind Dharma.
