Today’s episode is slightly different because it was originally recorded in the spring of 2020 (yup, right after the world shut down). In this episode, I discuss the ins and outs of managing work-life balance—I know it sounds ridiculous at first, but I promise balance doesn’t mean equilibrium, and it opened up my world when I acknowledged it! When I originally recorded this episode I was a new mom of a 15-month-old daughter; she’s now 5 and has a little brother who is turning 3 this year—holey moley does time fly!—so the transition from one to two changed things again (that’s a whole other episode!), but most of my tips and tricks hold true to this day.
