In this episode we will talk about the slow, but simple way to achieve with money. It has been a long time since JJ and Brad have gotten back to the basics. Still to this day, many people ask if out thoughts on achieving wealth have changed since the early days of this podcast. We thought it was only appropriate, considering our comeback to the podcast scene to give and update on how we feel about debt, investing, crypto, retirement, and setting yourself up for the future. 📞Leave Us a Voice Mail To Answer LIVE on the Podcast: https://www.speakpipe.com/JJBuckner

We both had a pretty amazing week of fitness. JJ ran his longest run since May and Brad competed in a Backyard Ultramarathon. We discuss the thing JJ learned about himself during his long ran and why Brad planned the week the way he did. We will break down running a backyard ultra and why Brad didnt go as far as he thought he would and his biggest fear when it comes to running long ultras over 100k

This week we had the honor of having Jeremy Miller hop on and co host the episode. We will link off of Jeremy's information at the bottom of this post with topics discussed on the show. Jeremy is a digital creator based out of Austin TX. He is Hybrid athlete and Co Founder of the Electrolyte Company Switchback which prides itself on not only a quality product, but community. We begin with how Jeremy found his way to Austin with his now fiancé and made a start working for BPN. He explains how he and his Co Founder began Switchback and what the early days have looked like. We close with his view on fitness, coaching vs being coached, and his ultra marathon plans in the near future. We hope you enjoy the episode. Questions we get all the time often come back to "should I hire a coach". There are many reasons to hire a coach and a plenty of good reasons why someone wouldn't really need a coach. And you dont need to have a race on the calendar to need a coach. Some want a coach just for the accountability or someone to bounce ideas off of. The distance of a race doesnt really matter much either. Brad has coached athletes for a local 5k all the way up to a marathon. We will then break down exactly how JJ's marathon training block is being structured and what the general strategy would be going into it. By the end you will know how you can build your own block, the type of commitment that goes into training for a marathon, or any other race. Although there was a possibility for a huge PR, things needed to go right. It turns out that everything that was OUT of his control went perfectly to plan. BUT! The things he had control over didn't. There are so many variables when running a marathon! To have a perfect day, you have to be 100% focused. This was Brad's 15th marathon of his life and he still made a ton or rookie mistakes. Take a listen to what he learned and what he will remember moving forward. Thanks for the love and support as always!
