Leaders Are Readers

Are you an avid reader? Maybe an occasional reader? Or are you like I used to be where someone couldn't pay me enough to sit down and read a book cover to cover? Allow me to make my case for why you should become a reader. Reading has so radically changed my life and by extension, my decisions and outcomes for the better, that I want everyone to at least have the same opportunity.
