EPISODE 4 - Faces in the Crowd - Baylee Weeks

TAKE OVER TIME! Emily Miller takes over the podcast to introduce a brand-new segment, FACES IN THE CROWD - a series designed to spotlight the people making a positive impact in their communities, chasing goals in the show ring, and reminding us that this industry is truly about so much more than a showpig. For the first-ever FACES IN THE CROWD, Emily sits down with senior showman Baylee Weeks to talk about her goals, activities, experiences, and the legacy she hopes to leave behind. Baylee shares what it takes to maintain a positive attitude, work alongside your family, and surround yourself with mentors who help push you toward your goals. As Baylee looks toward the next chapter, this conversation is a reminder that the lessons learned in the show ring - and the people who help us along the way - can shape far more than a show career.
