Should we change daylight saving time?

As hard as it is to believe, Congress actually did something. A shocker, I know. The House passed the Sunshine Act, which would make daylight saving time permanent if the Senate goes along with it. It’s one of those annoying rituals that almost everyone complains about, and no one seems capable of ending. We lose an hour in March. We get it back in November. So yes, Congress, if you really care about this... Pick a time and stick with it. Whatever happens here, we’ll get used to it. What do you think about all this?
