What is masculinity, really? And what do we do with the parts of men that make them difficult, intense, aggressive, competitive, or hard to understand, especially when those same qualities can also fuel leadership, creativity, resilience, and impact?In this episode, I unpack the tension between edge and maturity, strength and compassion, drive and connection. Other men don’t have a crisis, but they still know something is missing. They want purpose. Connection. Accountability.
