There are products on Etsy right now with incredible demand, low competition, and all the data in the world telling me they'd probably sell... And I still wouldn't create them. Not because they're bad ideas. Not because YOU shouldn't sell them. But because after more than 100,000 digital product sales, I've learned that "Will this make money?" isn't the only question I ask before creating something. Today, I'm sharing the Etsy products I personally would never create—and more importantly, the reasons why. Because I think choosing what not to sell is just as important as choosing what to sell.
