Shinrin Yoku: Japanese Forest Bathing
Shinrin-Yoku is a traditional Japanese practise of immersing oneself in nature. Temazcal: Sweat, Song & Spiritual Rebirth
A Temazcal is a sacred Mexican sweat lodge dating back to the 1500s.
