Convenience breeds boredom

All these machines are nice, but they also come with a cost. We're built to move and "work" to grow and live. If the machine takes that role from you your body and soul don't understand why they aren't being used and developed still. So use the machines, that's fine. Just don't neglect your responsibility to your body, mind and soul.
