Everybody has experienced a moment where they should have trusted their intuition. Today, Dr. Jerry Weichman walks us through the importance of listening to your intuition; especially as a parent. It can be easy to talk ourselves out of listening to our gut, but Dr. Weichman explains that your intuition is often correct. It’s also important that we teach our kids to follow their intuition as well as how to know when it’s anxiety or intuition. Whether it’s for ourselves or our children, learning when to follow your gut is so important. Don’t forget to subscribe to the show as our discussion on the subject has only just begun. Later this week we will be joined our wonderful co-host Christina to continue the discussion.
