Exercise is possibly one of the most important ways to take care of our mental health. Not only does exercise help maintain our physical health, but it has so many benefits to our mental health as well. Today, we go over the benefits of exercise and why we need to make sure that we prioritize physical activity for ourselves and our kids. Anything from taking a walk to having a family dance party each day can have a big impact. Teaching our kids to take care of themselves through exercise will set them up to thrive into adulthood. Don’t forget to subscribe to the show as our discussion on the subject has only just begun. Later this week we will be joined by Dr. Wendy Hunter and of course our wonderful co-host Christina to continue the discussion.
