Expect a brief api outage. It should last just a few minutes." &mdash; then "Done" &mdash; then "#api &lt;b&gt;Adding a very large table index...&lt;/b&gt;" &mdash; and finally, Thursday evening: "&lt;b&gt;Finished. Is it time to talk publicly about where the database lives, and what the fallback is?
