David Sharp is a rope horse trainer from Dublin, Texas. Originally from Louisiana, David always had a passion for horses and all things cowboy. Through the mentorship of his father and local horseman, David learned to start colts and develop a love of team roping. In his early 30s, David decided to bet on himself and move to Texas in hopes of becoming a fulltime trainer. Through dedication and persistence, David carved out a business for himself in the competitive area of North Texas. Today, David runs Sharp horses with his wife where they develop head horses and barrel horses.
