She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Rutgers University and completed both her master’s and doctoral degrees in psychology at New York University, and she has also held a visiting professorship at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business. Korsgaard teaches across doctoral, master’s, and undergraduate programs in organizational behavior, organizational development, and training.
