We are at an anniversary no one wants. Its been 15 years since someone entered the home of Bill and Peggy Stephenson after midnight and murdered them brutally. The killer or killers stayed for hours staging the scene to look like something but no one knows what their message to investigators was supposed to mean. NO ONE deserves to die like this. Two beautiful, kind, generous 74 year olds taken from their family, their community and the world and no one has been caught...yet. I KNOW there are Tip-Sters out there that know something, that heard something that feel something that is important.
