
Based on my journey as a first time mother, it’s important to find some time to nurture yourself because you cannot pour from an empty glass. Implementing self-care into your motherhood journey can help you in many different ways, particularly in developing a better and healthier relationship with yourself, emotionally, physically, mentally and psychologically.
