
I hope that on your journey of loneliness you are kind to yourself, accepting that this is a temporary phase in your life and that in time you will get out of it successfully. I also hope you recognised that the loneliness you are feeling is due to what goes on in our mind and that is part your thoughts and perceptions. It is unique to you, therefore the solution too should be within you. In this episode I shared my journey of loneliness to help you reflect on your journey and hopefully you can workout suitable strategies to address your journey. However, by all means if you’re struggling to address your feelings of loneliness or any type of mental/physical health, trauma or domestic violence that is making you feel lonely or isolated. I encourage you to reach out to appropriate support networks in your area.
