This episode was triggered and is a response to a Canadian physician who, on a podcast, discussed the difference between RRSP and IPP (Individual Pension Plan) and, in doing so, delivered numerous false information. When I listened to the episode, I quickly realized many so called financial "gurus" are providing the same misunderstanding of what IPP are and are not. I am taking this opportunity to discuss with a real pension lawyer what is real and what is false about IPPs. I hope that real information permutes the airwaves, and not myths or misinformation.
