In this Throwback Thursday from August 5, 2021, Governor Felix refuses to take action on Paul's case. In the end, Paul had to wait in prison for two years! Paul wanted to preach, to share the good news, and to complete his mission to Rome. Why would God allow Paul to languish in prison for two years when there was so much work to do?
