Lia was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia at just 3-years- old. She spent ages 3-6 in the hospital, receiving treatment for her cancer. Despite all that Lia went through, her positive spirit never waivers. Lia is grateful for the positive support system that has allowed her to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Lia is now 15-years-old and has not let cancer negatively impact her life. Lia has made it her life's work to give back to charity and the community that supported her while she was sick. As of today, Lia has spoken to over 70,000 people about her journey with cancer in the hopes of helping others going through something similar.
