This Podcast is Retired :)

Hi there, This podcast has been retired. I had the good intentions to continue after doing 50 episodes in a year but ultimately I burned out on the process. It's a lot of work!  I've decided to no longer continue being certified by the Feldenkrais® Guild. Even though, my work is still very much informed by my education in a accredited Feldenkrais training program. The Feldenkrais documentary is still in the works. My producer, Alice, and I are proud of how its coming along. Stay tuned! In the past year I've trained in Embodiment coaching. It operates on similar principles as the Feldenkrais Method but is more geared to helping people find their calm, get clarity and take action on their goals. It's wonderful work and I love doing it.
