The Shadow and Doc Savage #'s 1 and 2 with Robby Robertson

On this episode Matt and special guest co-host Robby Robertson try to figure out why someone would even want to eat the bitter fruit of a weed while discussing 1995's THE SHADOW AND DOC SAVAGE #'s 1 and 2. Matt and Robby have been friends in the podcast world for a few years now, but Matt realized that he really didn't know anything about Robby - like is he really a chef?  And a doctor?  Does he really come from Georgia?  The answer to all of those is yes, but that barely scratches the surface of just how cool Robby is. After we get to know Robby, then it's all about The Shadow!  And to a lesser extent, Doc Savage (sorry, but both Matt and Robby know more about The Shadow -- so if you're listening and happen to be a Doc Savage expert, reach out and we'll do an episode together!).  It's cool though, The Shadow and Doc Savage beat up Nazis together.  So even if Matt and Robby don't know much about this Doc Savage fellow, they know he's awesome because he beats up Nazis.  And really, what else do you need to know?
