有人抱怨上班是毫無意義而且痛苦的,也有人工作得欲罷不能,從中找到滿足感。對於工作,為什麼人們會有如此不同的感受?而除了資本主義制度之下的「返工」,還有其他工作模式的可能性嗎?本集我們有幸邀請到本系講師 Dr. Tim Rosenkranz(他教授的課程包括「經濟、文化和權力」及「工作文化--認識廿一世紀的工作」),分享相關的人類學研究,討論當代工作之挑戰、想像及批判。主持:Misa、Ursula
(本集以英語進行)While many people complain that going to work is meaningless and painful, others cannot work enough and find a lot of satisfaction in it. How can we understand people’s different experiences? And, are there alternatives to work in the current capitalist society?
