Four Clancy Jurors Have Now Spoken and They Don't Agree, Patrick Clancy's Lawyer Says Enough Is Enough, and a Two-Year-Old in Illinois

Four jurors from Lindsay Clancy's murder trial have now spoken publicly, and their accounts conflict. Foreperson Roni Carlson, a retired fifth-grade special needs teacher, told NBC10 Boston the holdout juror "admitted he had reasonable doubt" — that she began signing the verdict forms before he said, "But I'm still not going to say that she's not guilty by reason of insanity." Jurors Kellie Farina and Paula Devlin described him as closed off and unwilling to engage. A fourth juror, speaking anonymously to CBS Boston, said the majority pressed him from the beginning, that he was not the only one unwilling to move, and that she would defend him. Judge William Sullivan has temporarily sealed the jurors' names, and the holdout has not spoken. Also: Patrick Clancy's attorney Howard Cooper issued a statement calling the online claims that he was involved in his children's deaths a "relentless, escalating and destructive defamation campaign," saying law enforcement has been notified. And in Frankfort, Illinois, Corie Walsh, 40, was ordered held without bond on three counts of first-degree murder in the death of her two-year-old son, Barrett; her attorneys say she was in a psychotic episode.Join our new FB groups page here.
