Instagram alone accounts for about 75 pieces of content per week, and he hasn’t missed a day of posting since March 28th, 2021, a streak that hits 2,000 days on September 18th, 2026. That consistency is generating roughly 20 million views per month. Brock walks through the five systems that make this possible: an organization system built on automatically sorted cloud storage and Google Sheets tracking, a planning system for gathering and acting on inspiration, a creation system that keeps filming separate from editing and planning, a scheduling system where every post gets scheduled five separate times across different windows, and a tracking system that closes the loop.
