July 21, 2026·1h 10m
Episode Description from the Publisher

With the sad news that the former City manager Kevin Keegan has died at the age of 75, David Mooney is joined by City fans Liam Wright and Andy MacNab to discuss his legacy at the club. After taking over in 2001, he led City to promotion from the second tier in style, setting a club record points total and equalling the record for the number of goals City had scored in a single season. In the final season at Maine Road and City's first back in the Premier League, he led the club to a ninth-placed finish and brought European football back to the blue half of Manchester, via the UEFA Fair Play league, as he oversaw the move to what's now the Etihad Stadium. ========== To get more podcasts or to listen without the ads, join our Patreon.
