Instead of losing a valuable member of the team, she proposed a tuition-assistance agreement. The company funded the training, the crew member committed to a defined period of service, and repayment would only be required if they chose to leave early.It was structured, measurable and far less expensive than replacing years of knowledge and experience.Karine and Kelly also tackle the more difficult questions.
