Aaron talked a lot in our conversation about working with the animals, empathy and visiting smaller farms where the animals are treated more like pets, rather than large farming operations that we often think of when agriculture conversations come up. He discussed visiting the farmers who are learning themselves, fielding questions about their animals and coming home with gems from his shearing jobs.
