In December 2002, the discovery of dismembered human remains inside garbage bags in Camden, London, launched an investigation that would uncover something far more disturbing. The remains belonged to two women, but evidence soon led detectives to a nearby apartment where another woman had been found dead less than a year earlier. Inside, investigators uncovered blood evidence, photographs of the victims after death, and a trail connecting the crimes to a man who had already spent years moving through the criminal justice and mental health systems.
