Sporty’s has just released an impressive and visually stunning new Seaplane Rating Course that features Patty Wagstaff as the lead on-camera instructor. Along with being a national aerobatic champion and popular airshow performer, Patty is an exceptional instructor and experienced Alaska seaplane pilot.
