How to Focus on Solving the Climate Crisis

I was very lucky to ask a couple talks ago, and I learned a lot. And I have more questions. So I am ready to make changes in my life with my job and maybe even where I live so that I can focus on working on the climate crisis. But I also have two children who are 13 and 15 years old. They’re very attached to their home, their friends, and their school. And in order for me to change my focus, I think we would need to move from where we live because where we live is very expensive. So I’m trying to think about what makes sense here, and I feel a little stuck balancing what they need and want and this very short 3 to 5 year timeline that we have.
