I’ve talked about it before, but this time I actually followed through and bought a smart ring: the RingConn, not the Oura Ring. Oura has the stronger peer-reviewed validation story and a big reputation, and I’m not arguing with that at all, but when it came time to swipe my own card, RingConn made the more practical argument for where I am right now.
