The asset already exists. It is already paid for. It requires no new law, no new party, no new candidate, no new fundraising. It sits fully built and completely unactivated, the way a warehouse of finished inventory sits behind an owner who believes the answer is more advertising.In forty years of representing clients and in some cases, helping turn their businesses around, I found the same pattern almost every time. The owner chased something new and expensive while the highest and best use of their effort sat untouched in the next room.Here is where the leverage compounds.Midterm elections draw far fewer voters than presidential years. Fewer voters means every single ballot carries more weight, more influence, and more mathematical impact on the outcome. A vote you cast in a midterm buys you more result per unit of effort than a vote you cast in a presidential year.
