Ep 1434 | Uncle Si Turns Heartbreak Into Laughter for Terminally Ill Kids

Uncle Si is closing in on an unexpected Robertson family milestone after a lifetime of medical scares, and he has plenty to say about why he still avoids doctors whenever possible. Jase, Al, Si, and Lisa examine what James teaches about prayer, forgiveness, helping people through suffering, and trusting that God isn’t finished with you yet. Jase realizes Mia may have inherited more of his personality than anyone expected. The guys and Lisa explore Elijah’s dramatic highs and lows, including why one negative voice can overpower a mountain of victories and leave even the strongest person exhausted.  In this episode: James 4; James 5; 1 Kings 16–19; 2 Corinthians 5; Hebrews; Luke 4; Isaiah 61; 2 Kings Want to watch Unashamed ad-free?
