Halloween Night, a Sleeping Toddler, and a Killer Creeping Inside | Rebekah Gay
The Rebekah Gay's case is one of the most chilling Halloween true crime stories to come out of Michigan. Rebekah “Becky” Gay was a devoted 24-year-old single mom living in a quiet trailer park in Mt. Pleasant; a warm, reliable young woman who had decorated her home with scarecrows and pumpkins and could not wait to take her three-year-old son, Conway, trick-or-treating for the very first time. His little costume was ready. The plans were set. It would be a perfect Halloween. But on the morning of October 31, 2012, Rebekah didn’t show up for work, something her coworkers knew she would never do without calling. Her car was still at home. And both Rebekah and little Conway were gone. What investigators uncovered over the next hours would turn a small Michigan community’s Halloween into a real-life nightmare. It was a crime so cold, and committed by someone so unexpected, that it still haunts everyone who knows the story. Because the person responsible didn’t flee into the night. He stayed calm. He covered his tracks. And he did something with that little boy that no one will ever forget.Who did this to Rebekah Gay? And how could someone do what they did and simply walk away as if nothing had happened? In this episode of True Crime with Kimbyr, we trace the full Rebekah Gay case: the loving mother she was, the Halloween that shattered her family, and the chilling calm of a killer hiding in plain sight.🔎 COME FIND ME:Snapchat 👻 https://www.snapchat.com/add/kimbyrleighaTikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@kimbyrleighaInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/kimbyrleigha/Twitter: https://twitter.com/KimbyrleighaFacebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/KimbyrleighaYouTube/📥 Sponsorship Inquiries: contact@tablerock.com🚨 This video is for educational purposes & documentary purposes ONLY. 80’s Halloween KFC Killing | 21-Year-Old Manager Found Dead - Death Through The Decades | Robin Hoynes
80’s Spotify Playlist: https://spotify.link/yjmsrGPe8Db🕯️ THIS IS A NEW SERIES! It's the debut of my Death Through The Decades series. This episode features a Halloween murder at a Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant in the 1980s. The videos in this series go in depth about what life was like in that decade. What policing was like in the 1980s, technology (or lack thereof), and what the culture was like. I'll be diving into the 80's, 90's, and the 2000's and I've lived through all three, so I've been there! I really hope you appreciate the nostalgia and connect even more with the people who have lost their lives and are frozen in time. In October 1984, Robin Hoynes was a KFC manager in Southern California when she crossed paths with a monster. 🔎 COME FIND ME: Personal IG https://www.instagram.com/kimbyrleigha/🚧 True Crime IG: https://www.instagram.com/truecrimewithkimbyr🔗 Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/KimbyrleighaYouTube/📥 Sponsorship Inquiries: contact@tablerock.com🚨 This video is for educational purposes & documentary purposes ONLY. This one I the Festival of Fears! Our second case is The Taylor Van Diest case out of Canada. On Halloween night in 2011, 18-year-old Taylor Van Diest left her home in the small, close-knit town of Armstrong, British Columbia, dressed as a zombie and buzzing with excitement, and she was meeting up with friends for one last Halloween before they all grew up.
