Hour 3 (9.17) After 25 years in LA, American Idol is leaving for Atlanta, the latest show chasing Georgia's tax credits. Plus: Undercover kids bought pills at an Anaheim swap meet.  8:05 — Conway's old job delivering tickets and swag for KIIS-FM. Anaheim police arrested five people at the Anaheim Marketplace indoor swap meet, where vendors are accused of selling Farmapram, a foreign brand of Xanax, without prescriptions. Undercover minors were able to buy it. Plus, taking Ambien for sleep troubles.  8:20 — Goodwill opens its biggest Bakersfield store, 17,000 square feet inside a former Rite Aid in the northwest part of town. It replaces a much smaller shop down the street.  8:35 — Orange County's West Nile virus risk is rated high, and vector control says infected mosquitoes are showing up at outbreak-year levels. Dump standing water weekly and wear repellent at dusk and dawn.  8:50 — American Idol moves production to the Atlanta area for Season 25.
