About Thrive

Welcome to Thrive, a podcast for all women of all ages and all stages! Our mission is to come together to encourage one another in our faith in Jesus, build community, and thrive in life, love, and the Lord! Christine Marcum and Kristin Kusic met in college at Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee, and have been ministering and sharing life together as friends ever since. In 2018, they began ”Thrive” at Restoration Church as a life group for busy moms, and have since expanded its reach to encourage and disciple all women of all ages in all stages in their walk with the Lord. Kristin Kusic is a Florida native living in Jacksonville with her husband Larry, and their three children, Ava, Henry, and Simon. Kristin and Larry have been ministering at Restoration Church since 2004. She is a musician, speaker, writer, and has ministered in various capacities all over the U.S. Christine Marcum was born in Atlanta, Georgia and now lives in Jacksonville, Florida with her husband, Adam, and their two daughters, Addison and Charlotte. Christine and Adam have served and ministered at Restoration Church since 2005, and have served as youth and student ministry pastors there since 2010. In addition to serving in local church ministry, Christine has been a public school educator, and currently works in the home design industry. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, writing, and facilitating Adam’s continued education in DIY home improvement as an extension of her passion for home design.
