Police link shooting deaths of two teenagers to gang violence in Surrey

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has linked the murders of a 16-year-old and an 18-year-old to the ongoing gang conflict in B.C., much of which has played out in Surrey. We hear from Surrey Mayor Brenda Locke about resourcing at the Surrey Police Service. We also hear from Kal Dosanjh.
