The Egg

In 1989, Serena Kutchinsky’s father became obsessed with making the world’s largest jeweled egg. When he finished it, it was displayed around the world. It was estimated to be worth millions of dollars. And then it disappeared.  Serena Kutchinsky’s book is Kutchinsky's Egg: A Family's Story of Obsession, Love, and Loss.
